Usui Reiki Treatments: Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’, a term used to describe a natural system to help bring about an improved sense of wellbeing and a positive feeling of spiritual renewal. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near the body using their intuition and training as a guide.
Creative Therapies is used as an aid to improve mental health and activities can include one or a blend of:

Art Making, Meditation & Mindfulness, Music & Movement, Clay

Work, Sound Therapy.

I offer online and in-person therapies, classes and workshops as well as teaching Usui Reiki at levels I,II,III, Professional Practitioner and Master Teacher. Registered with CNHC and UK Reiki Federation as a commitment to high standards.
